Welcome to the Blair Family Ranch, situated in the beautiful Wallowa Valley in northeastern Oregon.

 

Our animals are humanely harvested and all meat is packed in BPA free, vacuum sealed packaging and flash frozen.
The meat is delivered to you on one of our delivery dates, which you chose.

Not having 2 or 3 middle men means, healthier meat, better price and your questions are answered regarding the food you are eating.

 

Our cattle are raised happily and humanely grazing on the sustainable rich grasses of the Wallowa Valley, with free access to natural land and clean water
